Meet the team behind Wobble.

Wobble was created by Niamh and Ruaridh who are both passionate about helping people stay strong, steady, and independent.

Niamh is a member of the Chartered Society of Physiotherapists (CSP), the Association of Chartered Physiotherapists in Neurology (ACPIN) and is registered with The Health and Care Professions Council (HCPC). Alongside her work at Wobble, Niamh works as a Specialist Physiotherapist at The National Hospital for Neurology and Neurosurgery in London.

With fewer than 15% of adults over 60 meeting recommended strength guidelines, Niamh helped design Wobble as a simple, motivating way for people to build lifelong habits and stay independent as they age. She’s passionate about making evidence-based strength and balance training accessible to everyone.

Ru has always been passionate about staying active — whether running, skiing or playing golf — and understands how important strength and balance are for continuing to do the things we enjoy. When he realised his own parents didn’t have a simple, accessible way to build these foundations, he saw an opportunity to create something that could support people for years ahead.

With a background in engineering, Ru leads the development of the Wobble app, focusing on simplicity, usability and motivation. He works closely with Niamh to translate physiotherapy expertise into an intuitive digital experience that people can easily fit into everyday life.
